After a busy day miss kate finally did half a yoga video... she thought it was very funny and it hurt alot... after yoga miss kate moved on to doing her dance workout which nearli killed her and she has decided that she realli cnt dance!!!!!

... The next day miss kates Yoga Dvd arrived and she decided to try out some of the moves and fell on her bottom several times... however miss kate decided to carry on learning yoga so that she can be stretchy!!!!
