My daughter is deployed to Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division. I worry about her morale mostly. She is a good soldier and a funny capable girl so I know she will get through this trying time. The closer we get to pulling out the more the insurgents turn again to targeting our military members. Next week she goes on a convoy to a different FOB. I read in the news that Iran is smuggling weapons into Afghanistan and Iraq to make our exits more costly; weapons with more precise targeting. Yes, I am concerned... for all of our men and women in harms way and serving our country in general. Everything from budget cuts; to inferior design; to political sabotage to our troops CONCERNS me.

lol I posted a piece of Art that was made by a Japanese artist in my shop. The statue was made to honor Obama before he had done anything to prove himself. All he has done is prove that he is a Jimmy Carter wannabe. His policies are doing what he wants them to do... bring America to her knees. The thing he has not figured on is America is going to come back. She is greater than the egocentric confused liberal leftist that want to see her weak.

I picked up and injured squirrel from the middle of the road today. She is still alive and dazed... so I am waiting it out thinking "now what?".
