Letter of grief:
Dear Brother:
It's been so long since you left to find your dreams of gold and glory. So long since you decided to adventure yourself in the outer world, face bandits, fight dragons, unlock treasures and live the life we were not suppoused to. This little harbor of ours needs you, for you were the strongest and the smartest. Perhaps that's the reason you left.
I heard news of your travels, how you arrived to the big city, and became a watchman. How you made a difference where you are now. I know it suits you well, and no one else deserves it as much as you. But please, brother, think. You left a wife here. A newborn daughter, who you haven't even seen. And the sole hope that you would return one day with your shield, or over it.
If you are to return, please, do with haste. For here someone cant wait any longer for you. Dark times are these, too dark. For those in despair and need for a friendly hand dont wait too long until their will is beaten.
She loved you brother, so much she couldn't wait for you. I write in grief with a broken heart to ask you. Return home, where your child awaits. Her mother can't take care of her anymore. Please, dont make it any more painful than it is to moan for family. Please brother, make haste home, and pray for the gods to take your wife, my sister, in their arms. But do come back, the harbor cant wait for you any longer. Leave your dragons, and your bandits, and your delusions of glory. Come back to us brother.
