it's tougher then some people think. I did out bound calling and i lasted a grand total of 9 work days. it was pathetic. but i am a huge baby when it comes to people being so cruel.

it sounds like you do incoming calling which must be better. Xbox eh? what games do they have there? and are they giving you a crazy sweet bonus for being the only one in your department today?
