tale no.2 : the windswept traveller

travelled 2 hours up north for a meeting today. it was kichi's first time travelling so far. but we did ok. except that when we were happily speeding along, a strong gust of wind came from our right and we got swept onto the next lane. thank goodness no one was on the next lane!!! and except that we met a massive roadblock and we were pulled over and got a ticket for speeding 15km/h over the speed limit whilst the other group was pulled over for doing 12km/h over the speed limit but did not get a ticket. so unfair!

BUT... the client took my ticket to pay on my behalf. so nice! and then took us for lunch at this chinese restaurant... and ordered 2 different dishes of the largest prawns i've ever seen in my life! approx the size of a chicken drumstick!!! and no, it aint a lobster. it's a prawn. a huge prawn. the meat of succulent and tender and sweet.... mmm....

quite an eventful day i would say... =)

tale no. 1: the tired juggler

hmm, it's been an exhausting but fulfilling day. realised that i'm really careless with my work. gotta start being more careful. thank goodness boss is real cool and didnt blow her top. juggling between 2 different deals throughout the day. pretty soon i'm going to get all the facts all jumbled up. i've already mixed up the names. bleh... =P
time to sleep. longer day tomorrow...
