here is your most awesome red panda poem

The Red Panda of My Dreams

Of the many creatures
On this fine earth
There is one of whom
You should give wide berth

He is a creature
Of power and grace
With bright red flames
That dance across his cuddly fave

He is the red panda
The red panda that I see
Every time I close my eyes
To drift into panda-filled sleep

He grins his white grin
In black striped eyes
I don’t understand him
No matter how hard I try

I don’t know where he came from
Pandas are usually far from my mind
But I do know, if he does exist
He’s the last of his kind

Alone and wandering
Through the dreams of passerbys
He looks for his blue panda
Who promised to be his wife

He is the red panda
The red panda that I see
Every time I close my eyes
To drift into panda-filled sleep

He grins his white grin
In black striped eyes
I don’t understand him
No matter how hard I try

His bride who ran away
His blue panda bride
And took his purple panda child
Along for the ride

I hope he finds her soon
His blue panda in her wedding dress
Because he makes my other dreams
