so i just made some pretzels...12 o'clock at night! haha! but damn they were good! screw wetzel's pretzels! i'll make my own from now on! haha o man. i went to my room and totally forgot about the oven...so when i finally went to check on it, smoke was pumping outta the oven & filling up my kitchen! haha...totally surprised the fire alarm didnt go off. :::shrugs::: needless to say, the baking sheet was charred so it literally fell apart when i tried to take it out of the oven and i dropped two of my pretzels! dammit! i worked hard on those but into the trash they went! batch of 32 my ass. i got 8 outa the half i decided to cook tonight....but that could be because my yeast refused to work and rise. haha! damn i rok as the cook! hehe!

so im just a lil bit more than discouraged. i guess i just came to the realization of exactly how very much impossible obtaining my dream house will be. eeesh. there's this particular house that i literally dream about like all the time. its actually down the street from school and i swear...is *PERFECT. its everything i've ever wanted in a house...a two story house with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a pool, hardwood floors, and a master bedroom with a WALK IN CLOSET, a SPA TUB, and a balcony among other things. of course i knew id never be able to buy the damn thing, but it was nice to just be able to dream ya know? stupid me actually looked up the place and guess how much my dream house costs? approximately $1.5 million. SIIIIIIIIGH. im kinda sad now. cos now the realization is real. kablooey.
