When the sun goes down. That's when my kind slithers out from under our shingled hiding places to root through what those day walkers left behind. We live a different life, with different needs, in a different world.
Anyone who has made the transaction between day and night living knows that the world the sun sets on is not the same until it is again graced by the golden orb again. There are different rules, different taboos, different things to sense and expierience. And everything is much more private between other night beings.
Recently I returned to the UNCG campus one Sunday night to visit with some friends. We all got stoned with my boyfriend's new Vaporizor. Eventually (midnight or one-ish) everyone wandered back to their respective rooms and my guy had homework to do, I decided to take a walk and leave him to his studies.
Traveling around the campus I noticed things that weren't there in the daylight. I walked on soil and stone that I had never tread before and I sensed things that aren't there in the daylight. During the day everyone follows their paths pre-set out by the sidewalks, no one dares stray from the group for fear of attracting attention. But alone in the dark and under the icy glow of the waning moon I walked in loopy sporadic paths going right up to buildings that have never been part of my routine before and which were therefor unexplored. I peeked through the window of the faculty building and saw a room that resembled a classroom only instead of desks there were big green armchairs and they were all facing a fireplace. Somehow that was unsettleing, so I left shortly thereafter.
I say I was alone only because no one was walking with me. There were five or six of us out on the grounds that night. Sound carries better at night, so you don't have to yell to get your point across. I was two buildings away from a couple of guys talking about their girlfriends and I heard every word. I could've sworn I smelled their cologne as well, but I severely doubt that. I did smell the Ivy of the buildings, and hear every leaf crackle there was to be heard. I stood alongside the road and listened to the music of cars while they were still miles away, it seemed. I thought of my old friends that I had left at this campus and yearned for them to be near me, but I restrained myself from calling anyone for fear of losing the solitude. I sat in the branches of a Magnolia tree watching the stars twinkle through the leaves and smelling the decaying brush underneath me. I walked over the new bridge of the newest building in awe at the modern archetecture and of the glass underfoot that was being lit from below. I felt like I was walking on ice, like I was in Edward Norton's cave in Fight Club. I waited for the penguin but it never came. A possum came and I followed it for a bit, watching its movements and studying its habits. My boyfriend called begging me to come back to the dorm with the fear that someone was going to rape me on the campus. I told him it was too cold for that, but went back anyway. I wouldn't leave the night world for long, I had to make an early commute back to my college in the morning.
The night is a wonderous thing, and those who think they are "night walkers" or whatever you want to call it just because they go out clubbing or whatever every night are severely wrong. If you are in the presence of any artificial light you are still more of a day person, I believe. Let the ties of flourecents fall away and go for a walk in the woods. Stop in the middle and look straight up. In the winter, if you're lucky, there will be the greatest light show in history right in front of your face.

I'm going to reveil to all you guys what women want most of all.
Most people think it's material things, jewelry, fast cars, teflon pots and pans etc. But I'm here to tell you that there is one thing above anything else in this world that women want.
Control
and you may deny it if your female, but it's true most of the time.
Girls want a guy who can follow orders whether they are spoken and accompanied with a whip, or unspoken. Girls want a guy who knows that "I'm fine" means "I'm not fine". they want a guy who will know what to do and when to make the moment, whatever it may be, just right. They want a guy like the ones in movies, you know, the fake ones. they also want a guy who will know when to not follow orders, like "go out with your friends (instead of going with me to do some mundane trivial boring shit)".
I don't mean to sound like an asshole, but I"ve seen too many of my female friends drop a perfectly wonderful guy because they don't live up to the prince charming they had in mind. So what if he doesn't have a six-pack? So what if he's an inch shorter than what you want? So what if he didn't get the message when you said that you need to be alone but what you really want is to be alone with him? Guys need shit spelled out to them most of the time. And once you spell it out for them, you'll start to get what you want emotionally, physically, whatever.
People are afraid to ask for what they really want. And this isn't just about girls anymore. If girls asked for what they wanted, if they werent so afraid to give directions during sex everyone would be happier. And the same thing goes for guys. If you really want your girl to wear sexy under-things to bed, just ask her! The worst thing anyone can say is "no". Grow some balls and ask for shit. I'm tired of these guessing games people play with each other.

Yep, that's my name. I don't really post any of my art on this site, since it's not an art site.... but once I finish this one project I'm doing, that I will be proud of, I will probably post it on DA. I don't like my current stuff.
