The Capture
Most gloomy tales begin with a cold dark night, its so cliche. Well this story begins on a dark gloomy night. After a night of unsuccessful hunting, i proceeded to lay down and relax. As i watched the moon, i felt my stomach grumble. The cold night just made the whole situation worse. Whats a worse night to have an empty stomach.
My name is Don Rajon by the way, i am a wolf from the turn around pack. I see myself as an adventurer. I grew up as one. It was frowned at in my pack but i made good of my prospects bringing in the biggest catch anytime we went hunting. So when i decided to leave the pack, it was met with mixed feelings. A few Howled at my decisions and tried to discourage me, but my best friends knew me and wished me best of luck.
The first few months were great, i wrestled a lion and won, nearly got taken down by a tiger but barely escaped. It was exciting times. Now Winter has come and all the animals have migrated and i am stuck here thinking about food.
I had not eaten for almost a week, all the animals i saw were much faster than i was.
The night of my capture was the most exhilirating day of my life. I knew who the hunter was. it was a Feline named kelly. She was known accross the jungle as Kelly the "sexy beast", at that time i called her 'bitch', but i was Naive.
It started as a simple sound of branches breaking. Then i caught her scent, and i knew instantly i was being hunted. I instantly started running the other way. I was hungry, but adrenaline kept me on my toes. Past branches up small stones, between a passage and took a turn to cut her off. She did not expect it.
She was shock when i showed up behind her charging full force. It was 10 minutes of growling and biting. I am the Don and i almost got her, but soon enough my energy began to wear out. I felt her clawing at my chest and and i felt the blood dripping from my sides. I soon gave out and i ended up surrendering. She respected me too much to eat me, so she made me her pet.
Do i still call her a bitch? Not really. Depends on my mood.
I am still the Don Rajon and i am going to rule the world.... WHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
