Back in the days of Pangaea, a snow leopard decided he would try for some new game,so he decided to go south for the winter. The leopard could not tell directions, but he had a condition; he cannot turn right, kinda like Derek Zoolander. This leopard had the beginnings of the condition in which people are scared to turn certain directions. So he had no true reasoning for going south, it just happened to be in a left direction from where he was. He did run into some problems when he got to the land along what we now know as the equator, but he made it. Luckily for him, there was an ice age ending, so the area was still somewhat cool.
Somewhere around 1000 miles from where the snow leopard now resided, a Tamil monitor lizard sat on a rock, chilling, watching the sand blow by in the desert of Australia. The lizard decided, after five hours of bronzing, that he was somewhat hungry. There hadn't been any small animals or insects come by his territory the whole time he laid there. The only thing near him other than the rock was this plant that gave off a pungent smell, as it also back in the sun, that seemed to intensify his hunger. He decided to head in a northerly direction, hoping those mice were still running around the edge of the grassland.
