So I just found out that Savage 2 is out. How did I miss that? The first Savage 1 was amazing, so I'm definitely going to check out the sequel, and if you're a nerdy gamer like me you should too. =p
Savage was a pretty interesting design. It was an FPS/RTS for 4-64 players. 2 players were the commanders and played a traditional top down RTS, researching technologies, building structures, etc. The other 2-62 players play a first person shooter fighting for one of the two commanders.
The first one had some issues, but I hear the sequel has fixed most of them. Check it out sometime! Maybe.
