So lastnight i decided to cook up some Au Gratin Potatoes. Basically slow cooked sliced potatoes baked into a creamy cheesey sauce. It got done late at night so i only had a few bites but mmmmm, they were delicous. I think i can actually get into thise whole cooking thing. Especially the end when you get to eat what you spent so much time working and cursing over.

Ttodays the big move into my apartment. Loaded up the car with half my crap this morning and surprisingly enough getting on the highway in rushhour wasnt half bad considering i couldnt use the rearview mirror.

I head over after work at 5 to write the check, somewheres around $1,100 or so and pick up my keys. Then i can start unloading everything, fun times going to be on the second and third trip when ive gotta get my mattress and boxspring, thinking i'll tie them on top by doing dad's thing and weaving rope every which way and pray it holds. If anything tragic happens as a result i will be sure to relate it to you all for a good chuckle.

Well I failed that physical agility exam for the police departments. One of the testers showed me how i was supposed to have my hands for the situp portion and i did exactly as she she demonstrated. Apparently that was the wrong way since when i was being timed one of the testers kept calling out my fingers were placed wrong every now and then, nullifying that situp. Leaving me to fiddle and guess how my hands were supposed to be. So in the end i did a total of around 46 situps in a minute, 34 of them counted as "legal", i needed 38 to pass on to the next test. Needless to say i was quite irrate at the one tester. Made my day just peachy. Now I've got to pay $25 for a retest, schedule it around their free time and probably miss out on even more hours at work. Ohh the joys of following a dream, if only id turned out to be an unambitious crack head.

Works coming to an end today. Now i get to spend the next week searching the city for a place to live. Finding an apartment Sucks!

her? stand out? yeah right. She could just go to the pay phone across the street and call the cops, or her dad and it would be all over, or she could find her own way, have an adventure of her own without some guy leading her around. smirking sideways she backed into the shadows. Being on the run, maybe creating her own gang, it could be done and more over it could entertain her.
