So after writing in my blog on myspace last night about how my writing has suffered, this came to me. It's kinda of depressing and dark but here it goes aynway:

She stumbled out of bed, her vision blurred from half-sleep and tears, knowing now that this was the only way to stop the feeling inside from burrowing any deeper into her soul. Her steps toward the bathroom were weary, yet determined. "This is the only way out." she told herself over and over again. "It's all too much, the wieght is more than I can bare.This is the only way." She could feel the familiar stabbing pain in her heart, so many times had that sensation ripped through the tortured muscle in her chest. It almost didn't bother her anymore. Almost. She rumaged through the drawers, the noise was almost deafening in the empty house. At last she found what she'd been looking for: the flat, sharpened peice of steel that would bring her final release. A heavey deep breath escaped from her lungs, a hesitation surged through her. She quickly silenced it, repeating her mantra. She dragged the cold metal instrument across the creamy white flesh of her wrist. As the crimson rivers joined her silent tears, she reached a place she hadn't been since it all began, she had finally found the peace she'd so desired. The stark white room around her slowly lost all color and faded to black. She smiled for the first time in months, for the last time in her life. Her grip released the metal blade that brought about her final moments and her hand fell to her side. The room was completely black, and it was over, the pain, suffering, her life, slowly ran down the drain, carried by her blood.



Okay so that was really morbid, but I haven't written anything that good in a long time. So at least give me props for that.
