Well, last week has been very trying. I was apart of three different rehearsal processes and worked a third shift job. Needless to say I was EXHAUSTED by the end of the week. So much so that I overslept on Thursday night and was then fired from my job. Anyone who knows me knows I wasn't happy there anyway so I look at it as a good thing in parting ways. The way we parted isn't a good way, but at the same time tis' ok. From what I've heard through the grapevine my immediate supervisor was VERY upset with everything because it was very possible that things could have been different because she would have helped me retain my job and sort of make a 1/2 point disappear from my record so I could keep my job, but because the acting supervisor immediately started creating the gossip that I pointed out there wasn't anything that could be done by the time HR got in since so many people knew about the issue. The ten points allowed in a twelve month period is sort of ridiculous anyway, and I'm not blaming anyone for me being in the position I am in, but I do blame the people that loved to gossip about me behind my back for taking away the last breath I had in saving my ass from firing. Thanks Scott! He is your typical gossip person, and it's amazing to me how he was supposed to be a damn supervisor and he is running his damn mouth so much! I can just say SHUT THE FUCK UP! Everything doesn't have to be news in that place! That was another thing I was so fed up with. All the backstabbing...oh well. Good riddance to AACOA Extrusions once and for all! I'll miss some, but most can kiss my free from AACOA ass! It's not a sad time, but a time to EMBRACE freedom from those constraints. Time to hit the pavement for a better opportunity!
