Blah, I've still got a cough from my cold, but it's slowly getting better. I'm back in my dorm, which makes me happy. I'm hoping we'll have a snow day tomorrow so I won't have to go to class. I recently paid $200 dollars for a computer program called 3D GameStudio, which means it's back to work for me ^_^. I'm still trying to figure out how to get the parts working together. putting the models into the mapmaker is simple enough, but scripts are confusing me. I'm used to hard coding everything, but I had trouble with collision detection, prompting me to pick up 3D GameStudio. Once I learn how to use the program right, I think things will go quickly, which means it'll get fun and I'll have something people can play. I'm so excited about finally, after many years, being able to get one of my projects moving.

It has to do with some controversial areas of... well, mysticism, since I can't think of a better word for it at the moment, and while I feel that some mystics tend to be too far removed from reality, there's definitely something to be said for a lot of it.

I watched this great movie called Cries and Whispers for my film appreciation class. It's a really amazing movie about connections between people, but it's definitely not for everyone, as it's a very odd, symbolic film.
