are you listening to all this worldly news all it does is get me all confused when i see all the death it makes me so sad

to hear about war and stuff

and the way people laugh about the seriousness of what is happening it makes me truley mad

i dont know are you listenig to what is real

tradgedy and remendy are hardly in a pair it really scares me

i think my thoughts about what i said and saw

they dont make that sense to me none at alll

so can you save me from real life

or make it seem like a dream

no you can only make me see

that this is real

I wrote this when I was bored.

I sleep with one eye open
when I am awake both are closed
the only views I can see clearly are those of my dreams
yet they are still distorted because I know them not to be real
no matter how hard I try to open my eyes, the light blinds them and they stay shut, not knowing what visionary complications they present me with
in my sleep all seems real
that one eye open only sees darkness
while the closed one re arranges the light that is not present viewing misrepresentations of ideas like the good and the bad
my eyes do not know what beaiutiful looks like, they do not know what it feels like to take in the full glory of the light
it hurts the even when they try
I sleep with one eye open so that I might have a slight view of the world I live in, viewing the darkness
because
when I am awake both are closed
and do not want to see the light
