In Spanish there’s a way to express a pure and inocent love, when we say “Te quiero mucho”. I don’t know how does it work in English, because it looks like when you say “I love you”, it implies something more than a love among siblings or friends. But I wanted you to know that I appreciate you a lot, but I didn’t want you to think I’m a pervert who wants to do something strange with a teenager as you are, since you are learning Spanish, I wanted you to know que te quiero mucho, because I really do. Como si fueras mi hermana, like if you were my sister. Thanks for your friendship, I really appreciate you as I said before. Te quiero mucho, Jordan, te quiero mucho de verdad.
