Hey...How are you these days? I was reading what you wrote and a lot of it hit me pretty deep cus I've been through and am going through a lot of the same things. The fact that you recognize these issues is the main step. Surrounding yourself with good people who can share positive energy with you and be supportive is the next. You have the strength to deal with your issues but you have to believe it. I know it's hard...but you are going to be just fine :-)
