Learn to put a sock in it day two...

I realized another way that learning to keep my mouth shut will help simplify my life – If you don’t want someone to participate in the process, you don’t invite them into it.

By bringing things up, I’ve been “inviting” someone to participate, when I don’t want his participation. He gets involved because he loves me but really i want him to ignore me cos i'm in no state to mean anything anything i say anyway.

Best to shut up in the 1st place!!

Learn to put a sock in it!!!...Day 1

Idealism + too many drinks ≠ a good situation. I’ve had too many conversations that have gotten a bit too heated…or more recently ended in tears. I really need to learn to keep the conversation on a fun topic and only discuss the “big three” when drinks are not involved.
