hey Adam! Yeppers, the p-card was sent :) Yours was one of my State, NSW. I had them sent from work so unsure what date they would have been dispatched to/from a post office exactly, but there were 7 of them in one hit. Give it another week or 2: if nothing is received in 14 working days, I will absolutely without question refund your points via private auction and resend another card, then you can just transfer the points back once the card is received.
