Can your thoughts, torpid with repose, transport themselves back to the horrors and joys of the past... not straying indifferently from one thing to another which excites your curiosity, but taking a warm and vital interest, as if you yourself stood in the midst of those struggles, now long since fought out... bled in them, conquered or fell in them, and felt your heart beat with hope or apprehension according as fortune smiled or betrayed...
Standing on the heights of history, looking far around the wild arena of human destiny, can you transfer yourself into the well of the past? A life physically buried and decayed, but spiritually inmost, which constitutes the essence and substance of history... Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
Therefore, if you have the capacity to suffer or rejoice with the generation that had been... to hate with them... to love with them... to be transported to admire, to despise, to curse as they have done - in a word: to live among them with your whole heart and not alone with your cold, reflecting judgement...

A lone samurai ronin searchin for the meaning of his life dragging him self torpidly round town to town never having time for sleep nor rest he pushed his hair out of his face and says to him self "what is my meaning what am i ment for what is the code of the samurai " later that night he still slugging around the town of amahara he walks down the street to enter the shrine to prey when a dark and stern voice echos in the back of the shrine "to gain is to lose and to lose is to gain"the samurai sharpishly jumped up and gripped the handle of his sword "who are you and wer are you what do u want with me "

silence entered and engulfed the whole room till the voice spoke once more "i am the shadow that stalks ur dreams at night and fills ur heart with fear u search for the code and meaning of the samurai let me show u!!!!!!" a flash jumped from behind the shrine and stood bravely a ninja poised and ready to teach the samurai a lesson "lets fight nin"


they battled for a solid 4 houres almost morning tiil the samurai mad a terrible mistake and uderestimated the ninja warrior and was slashed round the stomach and stabed through the chest "now samurai do u know the code of the samurai"the samurai grunted and bit hard on his lip and spoke i must speak the time is nigh thank u ninja i c now the way of the samurai is to seek death live a life with honor and fight and die with honor i have no regrets my time has come and i will see u in hell"the samurai droped gracefuly to the floor with the delible blood stains on his cloths and the ninja dissappeard with out a trace never to be seen again live as a shadow die as a shadow. the end
