About me:
In a quote from William S. Burroughs he says “A writer lives the sad truth like anyone else. The only difference is, he files a report on it.” I am still trying to figure out what to be when I grow up. But at least I'm starting to get some of those reports filed! I've always wanted to run away and join the circus. Working for Amtrak and having a small career as an actress is the closest I've been able to get. Don't let my Bettie Page/Sweet Suburban exterior fool you. I'm part of the Freak Show. I have many accomplishments of which I am proud: I am the mother of a glorious little six year old girl named Calamity Jaye. I was one of the last people to study with Sanford Meisner before his death. I was a student of Dr. Barbara Myerhoff. I have a wide ranging circle of amazing friends with remarkable talents in almost every arena you can imagine and they seem to think that *I* belong in their circle. I continue to move forward...I do not stop. I have a future with infinite possibilities stretching before me and I can't WAIT to get there. But in the mean time...here and now is pretty okay. Damn good in fact.
