WHAT!!, is the only drink that doesnt give me a hangover. You see it is full of nutrients and vitamins, it also has the distinction of having fewer calories than skim milk (215 for 20oz). doctors still prescribe it for prego women! (1 a day) And for a working model..well you can imagine the benefit. Although when you consume 10 pints a night (not every night of course), well some nights, it can add up. lol. I didnt like it at first, but you develop a tolerance for it like say with spicy food-which i am also an addict for.
