Sorry everyone, I have been gone for a while! Went into labor on the 6th of September and wound up being flown out to Sioux Falls Hospital on the 9th and had my baby boy at 6:52 PM. We were taken into emergency surgery as my uterus and placenta had both ruptured and we were both very close to not making it. Christians stomach and lungs were full of my blood as my uterus was bleeding out bad. Any longer and we would have lost him and maybe me also. God was watching out for us, as I was only flown out for observation and went into surgery 10 minutes after I arrived at the Sioux Falls Hospital. He spent 9 days in the NICU. We are both home now and doing very well!

Today is a good day! Very windy outside though! My son Sebastian started 2nd grade today and I cried as he rode his bike to school. I did not see that one coming as I had not cried since he started Kindergarten. He is growing up so fast and I just want to keep him my little boy. Dani and I had a nice day at home, it sure was quiet without Sebastian here bugging her all day. LOL. But.... we did miss him. He should be home soon! Dummy me I accidentally fell into the sump pump hole in the basement today. Other than some cuts and bruises I am ok, I just felt like an idiot as I had put a plastic tote lid over the hole so no one would fall into it and here I stepped on the lid and went right through. Ha Ha Ha

Thursday, dreaded Thursday! Yuck, I guess it is really not that bad. Today was ok, Jeremey and I took our daughter Dani in for her 4 year shots that she has to have before school. I was so proud of her, I thought she would be kicking and screaming, but instead she was a trooper and only had a couple tears. She was so so brave! School starts for both of them so soon already, our precious summer is shot. I am looking forward to having Sebastian in school and Dani goes to head start a few days a week, it will give the baby and I some mommy and me time!

Friday already again! Man where does the time go? Was a good week! My Doctor is now officially on vacation, which scares me because last time I had Sebastian when he was on vacation. So knock on wood! Been cleaning the house like mad today as the in laws are coming tomorrow, I even shampooed my carpets ha ha. I must be crazy. Our County fair is this weekend so we will be taking the kids there hope they enjoy that! So much stuff I want to get done before the baby is born, but just not enough time it seems!
