Well, one week ago today I got me Pirate ears pierced. The closest thing I could get to something piratey at the piercing place I went to was a stainless steel ring with a hematite ball. I was going for the whole gold ear ring thing but they didn't have any gold. Now that I have Captive Ball type rings I've been looking at my options on the net and found a bunch that I'll eventually buy. (EDIT) I should've said that I had both ears pierced... because I did.

So I just spent a large chunk of the past 2.5 hours changing my appearance... take a look at my pics and see what I mean... my faveorite one is the trench coat.

The items I buy... I've found that I tend to purchase items in the market that are skirting the edge or outright crossing the line of bad taste. Why I do it, I have no idea. Either I get a giggle from them or thought I'd have a need for them at that point. Then, later when I go to add one to someone's page I look through my items and always skip them, not only that, but I am afraid that I might accidentally use one of them when I don't mean to. It's pretty embarrassing... Do you do that too?
