One day, a little tiger cub was born and the first thing that came out of her mouth was, "GRR". "Oh my!", the mother exclaimed, "This baby is ferocious!" The baby tiger nipped at her mother's paw. "Aww, she's just like her father", the mother purred as she affectionally looked down at her orange and black child. That's when the baby scampered up to her father and squeaked in a semi-high pitched voice, "Dada! Mommy said I was just like you!" The father, who was lying down, basking in the sunlight growled, "Go away". The baby tiger cub didn't listen and instead, tried to climb on top of her father's back. The dad emitted a long, deep growl and stood up, dumping the tiger cub to the floor and stood up. The lean, striped father tiger got taller and taller as he stood up, blocking the sunlight coming from above the ferns in the jungle. The little tiger cub whimpered as she ran away.

The soft sounds of a huge tiger's paws were heard by the little tiger as she hid beneath a leaf from a large fern. "What was the father going to do?", she thought as she tried hard not to make a sound.
The father roared, "KID, WHERE ARE YOU! I'M GOING TO CHEW YOU UP AND EAT YOU FOR BREAKFAST!"
The little tiger's eyes grew big with fright as she thought, "HE REALLY MEANS IT!"
Thus, as the father got closer and closer to the fern where she was hiding,
the little tiger made a decision.
Faster than a millisecond, she ran out from under the fern and away from her scary father.

What was going to happen to the little tiger? Was her father going to catch her?
