Oh yeah, and the whole Knighthood thing isn't working out too well, either. My friend Lisa invited me, made me Lady Valerie (omg). Then I sold myself to some guy named Jason because I thought he'd help me figure out the game. Now I have a bunch of Castle buildings, no gold and I keep getting attacked....help!

Well, since my friend Sonnia invited me to FB to join her in School of Magic, I have been playing a lot. I have the kind of job that affords me the luxury of two weeks off for the holidays. These games are addictive. I'm thinking of quitting my job and only living off the gold I earn from Quests and Attacking fellow Wizards....LOL....nah, just kidding. However, I am scaling down on Human Pets. It's just not very fun. I went wild and bought a bunch of people....hahahaha....and felt badly about each purchase. I know it's all in fun, but ah, you know....the whole owning people thing isn't for me. So, I kept my friends in Real Life , my son (age 21) and some former students. Just to safeguard them. I'm not here to flirt or date...just PLAY. Now if the Grand Wizard will just send my dang offerings, I'll be a happy camper.

For the New Year, I resolve to make no resolutions, promises or long-range plans...that way I won't be disappointed in myself. LOL. No, really it's all about running. I want to get back up to running five miles a day on my eliptical rider that has sat unoccupied for a year now. Ugh. I want to feel better.

Taking down the Xmas decorations is a LOT less fun than putting them up. I usually leave them up until the Epiphany or Feast of the Three KIngs, but instead I had the epiphany. I didn't want to look at that crap when the New Year starts. LOL.

Well, I-Hop doesn't have the pecan waffles anymore (so sad), but they did have pecan strudel pancakes which come in a close second. I had to minus the cream stuff and whipped cream, but that's ok....and I brought half a pancake home for later! Woo hoo, it's like having dessert twice today.
