I went to college many years ago with a fella named John. You look a bit like him. The college we went to had an annual cross-dressing contest every year which they called Miss Tootsie. John won Miss Tootsie his freshman and sophomore years when he dressed up like a cheerleader. You could have given John competition for the title in that outfit you are wearing in your profile pic. A little padding, a nice wig, some make-up and you would be a pretty nice looking woman.
