There was a navy ship out at sea and the captain sees an enemy ship on the horizon and says "Bring me my red shirt." to his assistant. He then replies "Why a red shirt?". The captain replied "so when I get shot and bleed, you will not get distracted."

The next day there were 40 enemy ships on the horizon and then he says "bring me my brown pants."
