Ron wanted to buy his new girlfriend,Susan,a gift, they hadn't been going out together for long, so he decided that a pair of nice gloves would strike a good balance... not too romantic, not too personal!
He went to the store with her sister and bought a dainty pair of white fur lined gloves, whilst there her sister decided to buy herself a new pair of knickers.
whilst wrapping up the items...the assistant got the packages mixed up! Ron got the knickers and the sister got the gloves..... without checking the package, Ron sent the gift to Susan with the following letter.......
My Dearest Susan,
I chose these because I've noticed that you don't wear any when we go out in the evenings. if it had not been for your sister I would have picked the long ones with buttons, but she wears the short ones which are easier to remove. they are a very delicate shade, but the lady that sold them to me showed me the ones that she had been wearing for the past three weeks, and they were hardly soiled at all!! I had her try on yours on for me and she looked really smart in them, although they were a bit tight on her! She also said that her pair rubs her ring, which keeps it clean and shiny.. in fact she hasn't needed to clean it since she started wearing them!
I wish I could be there to put them on you the first time, as no doubt many other hands will touch them before I have a chance to.... When you take them off remember to blow into them a little bit, as they will get naturally damp through wearing them. Just think how many times my lips will kiss them during the coming year! I hope you will wear them when I see you on Friday night.
PS. the latest style is to wear them folded down a little... with some fur showing!
