Life is full of different emotions. Life, it can fill you with joy or it can fill you with despair. I say embrace every emotion life has given you. Never run away from your feelings. They are there in my opinion for a reason. Don't put urself in denial about your pain, face it. If you need to breakdown and have a cry then do it, because i bet when your done crying you'll feel alot better. Think of emotions that cause distress, those aren't emotions to be feared and run away from. Those are the important emotions, the ones that remind us that were human and that were alive. The sooner you face your feelings the sooner you can get past them and be able to go on to a new adventure in your life. One thing that will always be true is the fact that, no matter how much you hurt and how miserable you are, life will go on. IT always does.

Once upon a time there was a girl, who was afraid to get rejected and afraid to put herself on the line. She didn't tryout for highschool soccer and she didn't try out for any theatre productions. That year of nothing was one of the worst years of her life. Next year came around and soccer tryouts began. She was sick to her stomach but a friend told her, "whatever happens, happens" and this somehow gave her courage. She stopped thinking about making the team and the end result of the tryouts and started to think of being in the moment and playing how she knows how to play. That girl, made the varsity team, and on that team she met and great bunch of girls and played a differnet level of soccer that she never felt possible. Later on, one act auditions and she was shaking like she had just fell through into an ice pond. Her heart was pounding and she had no idea what to expect. But she signed up and then the next second she was infront of 6 directors and the spot light on her...she was tongue tied as she smoke..she couldn't stop smiling..she really wasn't in character..and what a relief when she left that room. She got a small part in that but that part required a love scene...and a slight make out scene...which somehow landed her best duo scene. As her confidence rose, she got a main character in one of the advanced drama one acts. She learned an amazing amount by her director and was so appreciative. She was felt like she was actually becoming an actress. Then when the spring play auditions came around, she tried out without even thinking. Her shakes were down to a slight rock and her smile turned to focus and butterflies went to butterfly. The results was a part in the play. Moral of the story: life involves risk, and this story proves that taking those risks are well worth it, they make ur life worth living, make u remember that ur living. Don't be afraid to take risks and you will never have regrets.
