A kiwi living in the land downunder and lovin the NQ life! Have aspirations of an athlete (lol) and planning on running my first half marathon in 2009 and also completing a sprint distance triathlon - bring it on!!!!
Today I was super good and agreed to be a guinea pig for my housemate who is doing a personal training course and needed to make a video of a training session for an 'older' person - so I had to act out the role of someone in their 50's!! Lol - I only laughed out loud on the video a couple of times, but had to do all the exercises, etc breathing through my nose otherwise I would have completely lost it. Lucky it only gets seen by one person for the assessment!

Hi Julie, Cool how did you like hawaii? First time to visit. I have been livinjg in Hawaii for 4 yeaqrs, love living here. This was my 3rd Honolulu Marathon that I ran/walked!
