and agreed to be a guinea pig for my housemate who is doing a personal training course and needed to make a video of a training session for an 'older' person - so I had to act out the role of someone in their 50's!! Lol - I only laughed out loud on the video a couple of times, but had to do all the exercises, etc breathing through my nose otherwise I would have completely lost it. Lucky it only gets seen by one person for the assessment!
