Today I managed on a beach to do 20 of each excecise. And it was 870 left from yesterday so now 850 to go.

I have been fortunate enough to win the auction put up by Mistress Irene. The workout i need to fulfill is listed here:

I have been taught that if you have to eat and elephant the best way it to take one bite at a time. I am more used to tai-chi than doing workouts, so many, many small bites will be necessary before I have eaten this elephant.
Today I managed 18 of each excecise and I was really very tired afterwards. 860 to go.
