In an effort to regain some sanity I'm trying to reclaim things I can control.
I gave myself a haircut last night Played a video game on the super easiest setting Will shave the beard tonight I've been letting the little things go because nothing seemed worth it. Jason "Sweet Jay "

Whenever I feel the cold weeds start to wrap themselves into my thoughts I try to think things that might cut them back some. "How will that show end?" "How will the book series turn out?" or I come up with a doable goal. The weeds are never gone and at night I hear them growing. As I draw closer to the end of my current goal - reading every Stephen King novel - the voices in those weeds are starting to come back.
I use to be able to see a doctor for this, but with this whole Covid-19 business those appointments have been canceled. I'm on my own for taking care of my own mental health, I wish I had an analogy for how bad of an idea this is. How can someone mentally troubled know when they're in trouble?
No one is going to read this. It's too long. If you do, though. Help. Jason "Sweet Jay "

Stephen King in release order. Took a while to find a copy that was reasonably affordable because it is out of print. I finally just broke down and bought a copy of 'The Bachman Books: Four Early Novels'. So, I don't have the stand alone copy I would have hoped for, but I have a copy nonetheless.
