I’m still here.
Despite going very (very) low in June and July.
Things still aren’t where I’d like them to be.
I’m still here.
It’s what I tell myself every morning.
It’s what I say to people who ask how I’m doing.

May wasn't the best month for me so far.
My dad died on the 7th after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's.
My sister and I both caught Covid from the assisted caregiving place he was staying in when we were with him the day he died. We are both Covid free now, but my sister is still having breathing issues.
