Life is not what you get from it but what you give to it, it is not complicated unless you make it that way. Love last as long as you keep the flame burning. Love is friendship that has caught fire. It is quiet understanding, mutual confidence, sharing and forgiving. It is loyalty through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfection and makes allowances for human weaknesses.
I do not know what I may appear to the world, but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the seashore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.

Are you doing what you want? Excuses for not doing what you want, not enough money, too old, wrong person, not enough time, not the right time.... the reason are endless but really they are just excuses cause by the inherent fear we have of being happy. If we become happy we will know unhappiness and in unhappiness is the fear of the feeling of being unhappy. If we remain in stagnant humor then there is the safety of not really knowing what happiness is. We fear maybe losing a partner because maybe someone will make them happier than we can. Instead we should think, how can be so happy together they will never want to leave. Happiness is selfless and fearless, to become happy and fearless it is necessary to risk unhappiness by taking the leap into uncertainty. So if you are not doing what you really want or aren't with who you makes you happy then take the leap and learn to live!

We all have something in life that we run or try to break free from. Me, i try to do whats right. A long time ago i made an error which i pay for in every waking hour. I broke the chains that tied me to that place but memories are like unseen chains, they can drag us back to a happy place or to some place we would rather not be. The phoenix is myth, a myth to me that symbolizes a transition from one place in my life to another. The tree of life symbolizes a battle to keep my roots in a place that makes me feel alive and free. Free from the chains and shakles that are thrown down in my path. I want to give, but expect nothing in return because in giving is the is the meaning and essence of life for me. I am looking for something i may never find but want to arrive at the end of my road and say i tried to find it.
