I am totally new to this phenomenon. I discovered by accident that there was a little bear in me that needs lots of cuddles and hugs, but he also likes to be mischievous! He likes to be playful and cute. Sometimes he gets scared and tries to hide and other times he feels really big and brave. You can tell when he is brave! He like to go, "rawr!"
