and here I am again... no sleep in sight. I think I might have to get some sleeping tablets for this jetlag. I did doze off today for 20min... surely that cant be the reason that sleep is alluding me now? urgh. Even did a zumba class to try exhaust me....but no... am all wired like i had too much coffee

Can't sleep. uuuurgh. 4wks in a different time zone results in a total switch to that time zone. But i forced myself to stay awake today...no napping... so i haven't slept for 17hrs now... but wide awake. Nevermind the being hungry at the wrong times.
