Once a pet to a sadistic maniac named Arbitro. Who, in his insanity, altered the boy to become the perfect dog. Arbitro's thought process was to eliminate what compelled a human being to be human.
First he sewed the boy's eyes shut, making him unable to see like a person or identify himself visually as a person.
Next Arbitro removed Kau's vocal cords so he could not speak, like a person. With how to speak, and see one's self, along with mental brain washing Arbitro to his personal preferences trained Kau to crawl on all fours, instead of walk on two feet.
All this brutal modification, torture, and insanity was in order to create 'man's best friend' in a more twisted fashion.
In time Kau developed severe stockholm syndrome, adapting to his twisted life. Loyally following his master as his pet human dog.
He cannot speak nor see because of Arbitro.
But he does have excellent senses, much like a dogs, which he uses to "see" his way around unfamiliar places.
He wears a black blind fold to hide his eyes.
A leather top that starts at his neck and goes over his shoulders, all the way down his arms ending in gloves. Straps on his gloves allow his arms to be tied behind his back.
On his lower half, he has black boots that go all the way up his thighs, with more straps on the thighs. His mean's of "bottoms' are fashioned by belts repeatedly overlapped by one another.
