About me:
I am a social person. Although I like hanging out on the couch catching up on my DVR'd shows as much as the next person, for the most part, I like being around people. My friends say they can take me anywhere and I can enjoy myself and talk to anyone. I am fun-loving, like to be spontaneous, and definitely do not feel my age-still not sure where all that time went! I like taking care of people as well as being taken care of. I am just as comfortable up to my knees in the mud as I am dressed to the nines, going out on the town, or home snuggled up on the couch. I really enjoy intelligent conversations/debates with people who are able to see situations from different sides-without going on the attack or getting defensive--very hard to find. I'd love to get to the point in my life where I have more than 2 seconds to make a difference in the world.
I enjoy my job and have a lot of drive. I have many goals, personally and professionally still to attain. Drive is an important quality for me. My match HAS to have the commitment to succeed, no matter what the goal is. Slackers, need not apply.
I like going new places, seeing new things and still have lots of traveling still to do. I am a huge fan of history and food as well as sun and fun, so there are many places on my list.
I am looking for someone to enjoy life with that makes me laugh--a best friend that I'm attracted to. A great sense of humor is one of the qualities that attracts me the most. I am pretty laid back so I want a man that can laugh at himself and doesn't take himself too seriously. Life's too short to get worked up over ridiculousness. I am pretty comfortable in my skin. I am happy with who I am and where I am in life, just want someone to share it with. I admire that same confidence in others.
My philosophy on a happy life is to take care of those you love and find ways to be happy, no matter what life throws at you.
