Every day we make choices.
Every choice affects others, even if it's your own body you're making a decision about.
Example - Smoking. It's your choice, and your body. You die of cancer and your children bury you.
Most people are cynical, selfishness has become the norm, make your choice to be a rebel, do something nice, because it makes someone smile. Hold a door open for a woman and her child, because it's a good example.
At first, trust me, people will be scared, but the more we do it, and the more of us do it, the easier it becomes, not only to do, but to accept.

The words you release into the world hold more power than you could ever imagine, so make them good.
When you share a word with someone, or teach it to your children, it stays with them , and they will share it with others, and those others will share it as well.
So make each word count, because one each could affect the entire world.

Whilst taking a stroll down a beach one day a young girl spied a man throwing starfish into the sea, as she came closer she saw there were starfish all over the beach, stranded and dying, there were literally thousands strewn across the sands.
"Why are you doing that?" she asked staring at him, believing the task insurmountable, " You can't possibly make a difference!"
The man looked her in the eye and threw another starfish into the water "It made a difference to that one"
