FIREWORKS CAESAR
1½ oz silver tequila
½ fresh clove of garlic
½ fresh green onion (hollow stem portion)
2 dashes each freshly ground salt and pepper
1 dash hot sauce, to taste
6 oz Clamato*juice
Preparation: Rim glass with freshly ground salt and
pepper. Mince garlic, green onion and drop into glass. Add dashes of salt and pepper and muddle lightly. Top with ice and add tequila and Mott’s Clamato juice. Mix thoroughly. Garnish with chives and a red hot chili pepper.
