Those days when you want to shut the door,tangle yourself in the sheets, pull the covers over your head, surround yourself with pillows tucked close and guarding, curl up in a ball, and sleep. until the sun will blare against your closed eyelids once again. warming you to bones and drying decades of the shed tears that have created riverbeds across your face, and the hovering ones that never quite made it out. when the wind will visit you and blow away all the bullshit and carrying with it the dust that has formed upon the things that make you alive: your spirit, your soul and your heart. when the sky will cry for you and wash off all the filth that their broken promises and lies and bad intentions caked you in and formed a wall. where all the faith and love and hope seeped out. and the sun gradually became blocked out.
